After having purchased our daughter a mattress from the Natural Sleep Shop in March of 2014, we have been singing their praises ever since. Our daughter has (had) breathing problems, and with the addition of this organic mattress, these problems have since disappeared. On top of that, the mattress is extremely comfortable. We plan on purchasing a mattress, pillows, etc in 2015 for ourselves and our son. We are big believers in purchasing products that are for the betterment of the family. We will sacrifice other needs so we can purchase these. Who cares about going out to eat when we can sleep on organic mattresses. On top of all of this, Fran, who sold me the mattress remembered my name 9 months after I originally met her. With her expertise about the product and total enjoyment of her job, it was very easy in making the decision to purchase. Simply recommending this company is not enough. Forget the big box companies if you want a mattress, buy from the Natural Sleep Shop. You won’t regret it.

After learning of all the harmful toxins in standard mattresses, my husband and I decided to purchase an organic mattress. We visited the Natural Sleep Shop in Cranberry Township and were extremely impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful Darlene and Fran were. They patiently showed us around and encouraged us to try out the many styles of organic mattresses in their store. We were able to customize the best mattress for each of our needs, my husband prefers a firmer mattress while I like softer by purchasing two twins instead of a king.We’ve had our mattress for over two years now and we couldn’t be happier. We both sleep better and just knowing the materials used in these mattresses are safer gives us peace of mind.

The owners and staff of the Natural Sleep Shop are kind and professional. We returned to try out the bed combinations over two days and literally spent hours trying out the combinations. We have had our bed for three years and still love it.

My wife became interested in organic bedding products and through an internet search found your business. We visited your store and were greeted and assisted by Fran. She proved to be very knowledgeable about all the products, took the time to demonstrate all the aspects of available mattress options, and openly shared her own personal experience. Fran was not “pushy” or insistent that we try or choose one item over another. After a second visit, we decided to purchase a complete latex mattress set and some additional bedding. Fran expertly completed the order and arranged for delivery.Upon delivery we experienced some shipping damage to one of the foundation units and Fran immediately made arrangements for replacement. She was a pleasure to work with.

After owning the set for several months we are completely satisfied. We’re confident that we made the correct decision by purchasing this organic product and look forward to many years of restful sleep!

I wanted to take the time to send you an email about how much our new mattress has helped me!My health has been declining for the last 4 years. It took almost that amount of time to start connecting the possibility of the new mattress (a regular mattress treated with high levels of fire retardants) we bought 4 years ago with my health slowly declining.

I would wake in the middle of the night having a hard time breathing, like an elephant sitting on my chest, my heart would pound and race, my body would shake and sweat. I had a hard time sleeping through the night and when I woke I would always feel exhausted and sick. Each year, would bring more health concerns and problems.

I noticed a difference after a few nights of sleeping on our new mattress(EarthSpring) from your store! I realized I was actually falling into a deep sleep at night, which I hadn’t done in years! I don’t wake in the middle of the night with breathing problems and when I do wake, I notice how “clean” and “fresh” the air I am breathing feels. I know that sounds strange, but it is something I noticed right away.

The BEST result from our new mattress is that when I wake in the morning, I feel so GOOD! I have energy, I can think clearly, I am eager to start the day. I feel HAPPY! I feel hope that I will heal and be back to my old self again one day.

Repeat customer, have bought several sets of bamboo sheets and two natural pillows. The staff always remembers me, even if it is a year between visits. They even remember my name. When I expressed my disappointment that the adjustable wool pillow did not work out for me, the staff kindly suggested an alternative stuffing to mix with the wool and were thoughtful and generous enough to save any extra latex from demonstrations so that I could try to fix the pillow I had. Though the process of learning and buying products here is frequently time-consuming, and I have never been the only only person in the store, I am always greeted and helped as soon as possible. Top notch products that are worth every penny!

This is the only place where I was able to find a truly safe and natural crib mattress. The owners are dedicated to their business and helped a lot in choosing a product. This personal touch, and the ability to actually see and feel the products is something I really value, and I would never have been able to choose something via online shopping. I plan to come back when we transition the baby to a big bed!

I was lucky enough to buy a mattress from this store on a promotion. It was a great deal and I can’t say enough about the comfort level. My husband and I now compare every mattress we sleep on (hotels, beds at the houses of family members, etc.) to the one we bought and our mattress comes out on top every time.
